Fractional HR, Interim HR, and Business Transition Coach

In organizations, I step in as Fractional/Interim HR when roles change, growth accelerates, or there’s a need to establish order quickly. Typically, my contracts range from a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 2 years, full-time or part-time. Then a more junior resource takes over the turnkey Human Resources package.
With individuals, I work as a Business Transition Coach during transitions where role changes, career repositioning, or even important life choices can no longer be postponed.

The problem is rarely a lack of tools.
It is a lack of discernment.
When roles and responsibilities become blurred and AI is used as a shortcut, decisions become reactions.
My job is to bring order before action: making criteria explicit, reducing noise, and transforming experience and clarity into actionable choices.
Thinking is not delegated here.
I defend the ability to reason when everything pushes for quick choices. I advocate for AI as Co-Intelligence: a tool that clarifies and strengthens judgment, rather than replacing it. I create the conditions so that what already exists—experience, clarity, critical thinking—can breathe again and become a sustainable decision.

For organizations
When an organization grows or goes through a phase of increased complexity, it’s not enough to just add people. There is a need to restore order to roles, decisions, and responsibilities.
I work with startups and growing organizations as a Fractional HR / Interim HR, or with entities that do not yet have a structured HR function. In these cases, I help leadership and teams build clearer and more sustainable frameworks.
For individuals
When you are competent but something doesn’t feel right, you don’t need quick advice. You need to distinguish between identity and role, choice and reaction, ambition and belonging.
I work as a Business Transition Coach.
With people who are not looking for a new mask, but for a more authentic position.
I do not work with those looking for shortcuts. I do not work with those who delegate decisions. I do not work with those who use AI to avoid thinking.
I work where deciding is difficult, but postponing costs more. My work begins there.
TIA - a digital laboratory
TIA is my digital twin: an exploration project on the use of Artificial Intelligence as a support for thinking, writing, and reflecting on the changing nature of work.
It is my laboratory for Co-Intelligence: a space to understand how far AI can collaborate with human thought without replacing it.
It is not a product. It is not a service. It is a space for experimentation.

They lead you back to seeing the structure, and then to sustaining choices in the real world.
