About me
Professional background and personal approach.

I am Tatiana Coviello
For many years, I served as an HR Director in complex, multinational, and industrial environments. It was there that I learned a fundamental truth: organizations do not suffer from a lack of tools, but from difficulty in making decisions that stand the test of time.
At a certain point, it became clear that my role was no longer to “manage,” but to help people think. Fewer procedures, more responsibility. Fewer models, more clarity.
Today, I work as a decision strategist and organizational architect, with deep roots in strategic HR.
I accompany organizations and experienced professionals when complexity increases, roles shift, and decisions can no longer be deferred.
Thoughtful AI
In my work, Artificial Intelligence is only introduced when it simplifies processes. I never start with the tools, but with the decisions that need to be made.
I do not believe in an AI that replaces human thought, nor in uncritical enthusiasm for technology. I believe in a sober, responsible, and intentional use of AI as a support for clarity, writing, organization, and the decision-making process.
I also recognize the growing value of what remains profoundly human: attention, responsibility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
For me, AI is a form of Co-Intelligence: a collaboration between human judgment and computational power, where responsibility always remains human.
Co-Intelligence
My journey
My background combines economics, psychology, and strategic HR.
I graduated in Business Administration in Germany and subsequently in Psychology, specializing in Cyberpsychology. This combination allows me to work on systems and people without separating performance from awareness.
I am an ICF certified coach, but for me, coaching is not a technique: it is a way of providing guidance.
In 2019, I published the book Not Even Ostriches Do It Anymore: Living Well with Artificial Intelligence.
2026 was a year of creative ferment, and I published two books: The Black Sheep and You Are Not Broken. You Are Disassembled.
How I work today
I work through guidance, not recipes. I enter contexts, create mental space, and help bring order and clarity to decision criteria until individuals and organizations can sustain their choices independently.
I collaborate with:
- organizations growing faster than their structure
- entrepreneurs and managers making decisions under conditions of uncertainty
- senior professionals in role changes, transitions, or professional repositioning
I do not work with those looking for shortcuts or who delegate their decisions.

A personal note
Curiosity is the thread that runs through all my work. Traveling, meeting different cultures, and exploring new contexts has taught me how to connect the dots.
This is also what I do in my work: helping people and organizations see connections, give meaning to what seems fragmented, and choose with greater awareness.
I am here to guide you toward clarity when deciding is difficult, but delaying costs even more.
