Education and Certifications

I do not collect titles. I continuously train on tools and models that provide the criteria to support strategic decisions, complex professional transitions, and high-responsibility contexts.

For me, training is not about expanding the offering. It is about maintaining rigor.

One cannot stand still. But staying updated does not mean chasing every novelty. It means deepening what is truly necessary.

Professional Coaching

I work according to the competencies and Code of Ethics of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

  • ICF Credentialed Coach – ACC
  • PCC accreditation process in progress
  • Team Coaching Training
  • Business and Career Coaching Training

Coaching is a structured partnership: clear agreements, defined goals, and client responsibility for choices. It is not consulting. It is not psychotherapy. It is not mentoring. It is a professional process oriented toward awareness and sustainable action.

Supervision and Method

Professional coaching requires continuous reflective practice.

I work with professional supervision and a mentor coach to maintain methodological rigor, process quality, and alignment with ethical standards.

Supervision is not control. It is a space for reflection on the process, relational dynamics, and professional boundaries. It is how I ensure I do not improvise.

Psychological and Specialized Training

I integrate competencies from the psychological field into my practice, while respecting professional distinctions.

  • Member of the Order of Psychologists of Veneto
  • Master’s in Clinical Psychology (in progress)
  • International Master’s in Adult ADHD (in progress)
  • Further specialized courses

This training does not turn coaching into therapy. It allows me to understand with greater depth the identity and decision-making dynamics that emerge during professional transitions.

Continuous Professional Development

I stay updated on:

decision-making models

organizational dynamics

adult leadership

ethical and conscious use of Artificial Intelligence

Not to add more tools. To use fewer, but better.
