How I work
Sober, intentional, and oriented toward the decisions that matter.

The starting point
Complexity is not resolved by adding tools, but by clarifying decisions.
When individuals or organizations are stuck, it often happens that:
- priorities are not clear
- responsibilities are confused
- decisions are postponed or delegated to procedures and tools
I work exactly there.
As a decision strategist, I start from the criteria with which choices are made, not from the available tools.
Guidance, not consulting
I do not arrive with models to apply, and I do not deliver reports to be implemented “when there is time.” I work through guidance. I enter contexts while things are happening, I create mental space, and I guide decisions until they become sustainable over time, without depending on me.
My job is to help individuals and organizations uphold their choices with greater clarity and accountability.
Where I start
I do not start from tools. I do not start from AI. I do not start from best practices. I start from these questions:
Which decisions really need to be made?
What creates noise today and what actually matters?
What kind of structure is needed now, not in theory?
I make decision criteria explicit before intervening on tools or structure.
Only then, if necessary, do I introduce processes, tools, or AI.
Thoughtful AI
Artificial Intelligence is never the center: it is a tool to support thinking, writing, organization, and clarity.
I use AI when
- it helps to see options more clearly
- it reduces cognitive or operational friction
- it frees up time and decision-making energy
I do not use it to
- delegate responsibility
- cover indecision
- chase hype or trends
For me, AI is a form of Co-Intelligence: a collaboration between human judgment and computational power, where responsibility always remains human.
Co-Intelligence
How the work develops
Clarifying the real scope of the problem
Distinguishing what is urgent from what is important
Organizing options, constraints, and consequences
Guiding decisions that hold up over time
Building only the minimum structure necessary to support them
When the context stands on its own, my work is finished.

Who this way of working works for
It works for those who
- accept that deciding is a responsibility
- do not look for shortcuts
- prefer a few clear choices over many confused actions
- want to integrate Thoughtful AI into their decision-making processes
It does not work for those who
- look for quick recipes
- want turnkey solutions
- want to delegate decisions
