Context
Leadership is best learned in situations of pressure and uncertainty. Sailing provides a natural context where decision-making becomes visible, consequences are immediate, and collaboration is non-negotiable.
This program combines classroom strategic simulation with real-world sailing to observe leadership, accountability, and the management of unforeseen events in real time.
